 Notice is hereby given that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the South Yorkshire Centre of  the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held

Sunday 6th October 2024,  10.30 am at  Styrrup Village Hall, Styrrup, DN11 8NA.

(g) Vice Chairperson subject to prior election to the Committee 

8. Acceptance of Auditor, as recommended by the Centre Committee

Please note that the above is the only notice of the meeting to be generally circulated. 

Formal notices of motion, duly signed by the Proposer and Seconder, must be received in  writing by the Secretary NOT LATER THAN 35 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. 

Nominations for Officers or Committee signed by the Nominee must be received in writing by  the Centre Secretary to arrive no later than fourteen days prior to the Meeting. 

PROOF OF CURRENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND CENTRE REGISTRATION WILL BE REQUIRED,  TO PERMIT A PERSON TO SPEAK AND VOTE AT THE MEETING. 

The Club Constitution does not forbid the admission of wives and other persons of members’  families. Anyone wishing to be notified of the Motion must send a stamped addressed envelope to  the Secretary not less than FOURTEEN DAYS before the Annual General Meeting. 

Minutes of the previous AGM will be available from TWENTY ONE DAYS prior to the AGM.  

These will be sent upon receipt of a large stamped addressed envelope or by personally  contacting the Secretary.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 17 YEARS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE ADULT  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
