How to use the Online Booking System as a Marshal

Access the booking system via bookwhen.com/southyorkshirecentre and click the Login on the top right

Enter your login details which can be obtain via Ady Fuller.

You will receive an email invite to the bookwhen system. 

These details should not be shared with others. 

Once you have logged in to the system you need to select that you need the Admin section of bookwhen.com

Within the Admin section, you will be able to see a list of Rallies you are able to manage.

If this list in current, please contact Rally Secretary to be added to the required rally. 

Once the required rally is selected, then you will see 'Attendees' to see those that have booked and paid their deposit.

The list of those attending and paid their deposit for the rally will appear with all the details on the booking slip.
