Please complete the rally triplicate for the next rally programme. All information will be displayed on the online booking tool. If you do not have all the information, it will affect what is added.

You do not need to attach a photo. If you do not, we will use a generic photo. 

For repeated rallies, the last year's image will be used unless a new one attached 

A default £5 deposit will be added to the booking tool, if you want this to be any different, then please get in touch via email rallysecretary@southyorkshirecentre.co.uk.
